Estimating

At Circle City Rebar, our top-notch professionals estimate the quantities of the various sizes and types of rebar necessary, and also all mesh and other rebar accessories. All estimates are done in accordance with the standard guidelines as outlined by CSRI, and our staff utilizes the latest software and technology to generate the most complete and accurate takeoffs in the most timely manner. We are also always available, locally, to answer questions and resolve issues swiftly and effectively prior to bid submission.

Detailing & Project Management

Detailing is where CCR really seeks to add value and stand out as a project partner. The shop drawings we complete are a collaborative effort with the customer and their architects and engineers. We have the experience and expertise to ask the questions and address the issues to help our customers meet their needs in the most efficient manner possible. Our in-house detailing and project management professionals use the latest aSa and CAD software to provide complete 2-D and 3-D shop drawings as per the structural codes and construction practices of the region. We emphasize constant communication and coordination with both the customers and other CCR employees to get an in-depth understanding of project and maintain goal congruency, so we can integrate the fabricated rebar into the project’s critical path in the proper placing sequence; minimizing, if not eliminating, any rework or project delays. CCR also provides on-site project management in certain areas of the region who will work diligently to oversee your project from start to finish.

Fabricating

At CCR, we fabricate precision-engineered rebar products, finished to the customer’s specification, to ensure the best performance in the most demanding environments. We carry an inventory of all bar sizes in both epoxy and plain and have established great relationships with our mill suppliers to guarantee material availability and access to competitive pricing. We have multiple shear lines, manual bending equipment, bar wiser, coil and automatic bending machines, and all our cutting and bending processes are performed by our skilled and experienced team of detailed oriented operators. Utilizing streamlined production procedures coordinated throughout all levels of fabrication (including handling, cutting, bending, loading and delivery), we emphasize quality control of the products we produce, guaranteeing the highest levels of performance and dependability. Our tracking system uses barcode scanning technology to record every step of the fabrication process, including the date and time of each operation and the persons responsible for all stages of producing and furnishing an item, providing seamless integration of functions between detailing, fabrication and scheduling. The result is the fastest, most efficient and accurate service from the start of the project to the end. We have a multi-tiered quality control system, inspecting products throughout the fabrication process and ensuring we load and deliver exactly what you ordered. We custom bundle and load our rebar to ensure that everything that leaves our yards meets or exceeds all ACI and CRSI safety codes and standards, and our customers receive materials and service in the most efficient fashion. Our facility is CRSI certified ensuring our products adhere to highest quality and all industry standards.

To maintain high standards of quality fabrication, CCR is a participant in CRSI Certification Program for rebar detailing, fabrication, and material handling.

Lastly, CCR has in-house, and additional dedicated, logistics giving us direct control of deliveries to meet the most demanding project schedules.
